- Bill – Wanted to know if his group, Sunday 8:30am, could add 12 concepts poster up next to 12 Steps and Traditions. Their group would move and rehang current posters. – Charisse to have April email Mike with status update. (Note: Email has been received and forwarded to the Board Members for review on 2/1/26) – Update – April was in attendance and provided additional information including poster dimensions (28”w x 40”) and removing and relocating Grapevine Book Rack, current signage along with the necessary hole patching and painting all to be their groups responsibility. There was some discussion on how this would or might impact the other groups (see Tradition 4). OPEN
- Efrian/Ranjeev – Made an inquiry as to seeing if the Hall could get new flooring. Ranjeev volunteered to get a quote, (this is separate from his group) – Tabled
Update – This item was reviewed again, and a motion was made to close this inquiry at this time to possibly revisit in the future, voted all in favor to close. – CLOSED
- Pamphlets – Who’s responsible for having these on hand the Hall or the Meeting Groups? The Board members present notified the meeting attendees that at this time on 9/20/25 the Board was looking into that responsibility. It was noted that the groups can get them for free while the Hall must pay for them. Update – The Board voted on this (see Closed Business Meeting Notes) unanimously that this would the responsibility of the groups to obtain. Mike has sent an email to all the current secretaries on file of this decision. – CLOSED
- Reviewed Financial Report’s 2025 Year end and 2026 YTD. The following line items had some questions.
- 2025
- Oct. – Dec. Contributions from Operations. – E. Update, some receipts were missed. These have been found and entered to their respective categories and reports regenerated. – CLOSED
- Oct. – Dec. Scheduled Meeting’s income vs. first 3 quarters – E. Update, the total of this line item is capturing some of the missing receipts from the above Contributions from Operations. Once the receipts were entered the income for meetings reflected the correct amounts. – CLOSED
- Zoom meeting’s income vs. total zoom meeting users. – Art. Update, per Art this was due to one of the meetings paying their rent for the entire year. – ClOSED
- Jul. – Sept. Rent expenses vs. rest of years quarterly numbers. – E and Art. Update. Mike found that rent for August wasn’t paid, Art has issued a check for this which will impact 2026 Rent expenses. – CLOSED
- 2026
- Adjustment Entry Expense of $429.34 was “Part of the beginning balances of accounts that QuickBooks did not import with the other transactions. – CLOSED
- New Business
- Charisse – Want’s to know if we can add another cork board for bulletins because the current board is being overrun with fliers and you can’t see some of them. Another board would make them more visible; questions is how much $. – OPEN
- Reviewed 2026 Financial YTD report – This report has undocumented categories as receipts are still in the possession of Art which he was unable to submit to E for entry. – OPEN
